Some days, dinner is the last thing I want to make, especially if I don't get home until almost 7. On those days, I look in the fridge and basically dump things together! For this meal, I scrambled the 2 eggs that were left in the carton, added some sesame oil and a little butter and threw in the leftover chicken, rice, and partial bag of frozen broccoli to make chicken fried rice:)
What are some good clean out the fridge meals you have made?
This is one of my favorite ways to loosen up the hamstrings! Find a sore spot and bend and straighten the leg until that spot feels better. Move on to as many spots as needed!
Sometimes it is difficult to unwind, let go of work, and just enjoy where you are:) This dolphin tour was exactly what I needed!
Nothing makes me happier than being out in nature (except sitting on a warm, sunny beach with a cold beer lol).
