My vacation was a wonderful time with family, but Lots of got sick part way through the trip and I still have a cough and headache!
The first meal that's been appealing to me, as weird as it sounds, was quinoa mixed with yogurt, strawberries, and honey. It was quite tasty!
Anyone else sick right now and have any suggestions for yummy, yet relatively bland meals?) Or other suggestions? I'm drinking lots of tea!
This is one of my favorite ways to loosen up the hamstrings! Find a sore spot and bend and straighten the leg until that spot feels better. Move on to as many spots as needed!
Sometimes it is difficult to unwind, let go of work, and just enjoy where you are:) This dolphin tour was exactly what I needed!
Nothing makes me happier than being out in nature (except sitting on a warm, sunny beach with a cold beer lol).
