This is one of my favorite ways to loosen up the hamstrings! Find a sore spot and bend and straighten the leg until that spot feels better. Move on to as many spots as needed!

Sometimes it is difficult to unwind, let go of work, and just enjoy where you are:) This dolphin tour was exactly what I needed!
Nothing makes me happier than being out in nature (except sitting on a warm, sunny beach with a cold beer lol).

It’s definitely getting difficult to continue to keep up everything that I’m doing:)
My question to you is, do you want to see locals continue at the current price point, with weekly posts, or is the Dr. Kristie Ennis membership a better fit for everyone.
